Service

24h a day once you've collected your Zzz. We provide assistance in case of any issues with your picked up item. Find the emergency number at the Zzz Stand for prompt support.

Before the festival starts you will receive an email with all the latest details.

Returns

24h a day until the camping closes on Monday.
We only need the item and the attached QR code to refund the deposit. No need for you or your phone.

You can deflate the Zzz Mattress yourself, just make sure we can scan the QR code.
