Deposit Refunds: A quick guide to deposits, returns, and our circular journey

Ownership and Deposit

All our festival items operate under a circular model. They remain our property and we're encouraging you to return them to our designated return points. During the order process, a deposit fee is added to your checkout total. This fee is matched with a QR code attached to your item at pickup, creating a unique link with your order. We charge the refundable deposit to serve as a reminder, minimizing festival waste and contributing to a circular economy.

Returning Your Zzz

The QR code on your item is essential for the return. Successful scanning of it at a designated return point result in the deposit being refunded to you.

We only need the item and its QR code for the refund. No need for you or your phone.

Deposit Refund Procedure

Refunds occur post-festival, with a processing time of up to 2 weeks, especially for credit card transactions.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, each will have a unique QR code. The deposit for each returned item will be refunded to the original payment method.
