Pickup

Getting your items with a reservation is quick. Show the QR code from your order email and you're all set. The exact pickup procedure and location(s) may vary between festivals. Please check the festival page in this helpdesk for the latest information.

Expect an email from us a few days before the festival. It will have all the info for a smooth pickup.

If you can't find your order email with the QR code, we can help you at the pickup point.

Walk-Up Order

While we encourage early reservations for guaranteed availability, limited stock may be available for walk-ups on a first-come, first-served basis.
